Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime. If it hasn't been shipped yet, it's completely free. If it's already on the way, you only need to cover the delivery charge.
The Simple Version
Before dispatch: Cancel for free, no charge at all.
After dispatch: Customer can cancel anytime — you only need to pay the delivery charge, since the courier has already been booked for your order.
How to Cancel
Call or WhatsApp us at +880 1687-434363 with your order number (or the phone number you ordered with) as soon as possible. The earlier you let us know, the more likely it is your order hasn't been dispatched yet and can be cancelled completely free.
Refusing Delivery at the Door
If you refuse to accept the parcel when the courier arrives without cancelling in advance, the same rule applies — the delivery charge already spent to send the order to you is payable. We'd always prefer you call us first so we can help before it gets to that point.
Order Changes
Want to change the size, colour, or quantity instead of cancelling outright? Call us before dispatch and we'll update the order for you at no extra cost, subject to stock availability.
