Not happy with what arrived? You can return most items — you'll just need to cover the delivery charge for the return.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
The Delivery Charge Rule
You can return an item by paying the delivery charge — the same principle as our Cancellation Policy. There's no extra penalty or restocking fee beyond that.
What Can't Be Returned
Innerwear/lingerie, for hygiene reasons, unless it arrived defective.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use, washing, or alteration.
Items returned without their original packaging or tags.
Wrong Item, Defect, or Damage
If the issue is on our end — wrong item sent, a manufacturing defect, or damage in transit — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll cover the return delivery charge ourselves and send a free replacement or full refund.
How to Start a Return
Call or WhatsApp us at +880 1687-434363 with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll arrange a pickup or let you know where to send it, and confirm your refund or replacement once it's received and checked.
