Placing an order through the website is a request to buy — it's confirmed only after our team calls to verify the order details. We reserve the right to cancel any order we can't confirm, or that appears fraudulent, duplicate, or placed by mistake.

Prices shown on the site are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to keep stock and prices accurate, but occasionally an item may sell out or a price may need correcting after you order — if that happens, we'll contact you before processing the order further.

Cash on Delivery is available on every order. Where online payment options (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, card) are shown at checkout, they're processed securely by the respective payment provider — we don't store your card or mobile wallet PIN.

We describe products as accurately as possible, including size, material, and photos. Actual colour may vary slightly from photos due to screen display and lighting. If what arrives is meaningfully different from what was ordered, see our Return Policy.
